The property was in an excellent location, very near the Roppongi metro station and Mid Tokyo shopping centre that has an upscale delicatessen super market and a variety of food stores in addition to the clothes shops and a wonderful private Museum on the 4th floor as well as the beautiful garden and cooling stream of water which was a welcome feature that could cool you down in the hot august weather. In the same green space exists one of the most wonderfully designed 21_21 Museum by the architect Tadao Ando. Also Tokyo Tower is a mere 15 min walk from the hotel. The hotel room was extremely small. The toilet and shower was ok size and very clean. The room furniture was very outdated and the carpet was a bit dirty, but the bed was very comfortable. There was an ice cube machine on the 5th floor and two bottles of water a day. The reception staff were polite and efficient, but there is hardly a lobby space only few high chairs. The reception was well stocked with toiletries.

Basically, everything was advertised as expected so my expectations were managed well re room size (15 square meters). Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Location is very good: near blue bottle coffee (5 minute walk), near the park (5 minute walk), diagonally across Tokyo Midtown, and near the metro station (5 minute walk from roponggi station), Near Don Quixote (10 minute walk). Location very very good. At first I didn't like the thought of the massage chair in the room (as it takes up space in the tiny room) but it was welcomed after going around Tokyo. It relieved aches and pains. Free wifi. As a background re other hotels and resorts we stayed in previously from luxury to budget: Aman Resorts, Ritz Carlton, Armani Hotel, Mandarin Oriental , Shangrila Hotels to mid price chains. Remm was good for a budget option in terms of cleanliness. Of course we don't expect 5 star and luxury service and amenities for the price of Remm.

i think this hotel has everything we needed. family friendly. though we havent tried laundry. but we had a good stay for 3 nights *very near roppongi station and other stations *they answer all our questions *they have a Filipino staff which I like because the communication was easier *they have luggage service where theyll ship for you from tokyo to kyoto which was our next accommodation *the view of tokyo tower superb *water pressure is good *they have their own resto in case you dont want to go out *very near 7 eleven and drugstore *lots of resto downstairs. always busy street even if its midnight. so u are not afraid while walking

Fantastic location and well appointed comfy room. We were on the 16th floor with an interesting view across the city Although the room is compact there is still enough room. Others have complained there is insufficient room for suitcases - to which I would say you have too much luggage! In a modern block this still offers everything one needs for a city centre stay. Just around the corner from the station, lots of local bars, restaurants and convenience stores

Simon

I liked that the hotel is secured, meaning your hotel key card will take you to your floor but the elevator will automatically take you to the “lobby” 4th floor. All the amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, hair comb, coffee, teas, etc., are also on the 4th floor. So, you can grab what you need and go. The check in/out the hotel employees helped you do it on the kiosk. The view on the 17 floor was amazing!
